Our Mission is to prepare teachers, students and learners of all ages to develop 21st century skills that will provide a basis for their ongoing engagement in learning and personal achievement.

Our Goal is to reach learners around the world and share with them the skills and opportunities that Technology can bring to learning and their future. By creating innovative online resources for teachers, students and learners of all ages, Nortel LearnIT provides a new level of engagement for students that can lead to enhanced levels of interest and academic success.

We are currently in development of exciting new tools, resources and services that will provide a unique approach to the integration of technology in teaching and learning. Through the use of our free online professional development program and classroom strategies that include lesson plans and streaming videos that develop skills, introduce careers and showcase kids and teachers using technology, teachers and students quickly become more engaged in technology charged learning.

The Department of Education’s National Education Technology Plan overviews specific steps to helping utilize the billions of dollars spent on hardware to improve teacher practice and student acheivement.
