March Learning Workshop — Reflecting
As promised, we’ve been learning by doing, by constructing, by collaborating, and by reflecting. Take a moment to reflect upon all that’s been shared today as a result of our break out sessions focusing on issues.
For your situation, what is the most pressing issue you face as you look forward in implementing the use of the XO computers?
What help do you need to overcome this issue?
Please take a moment to review comments posted. And … if you have ideas to share, please take a moment to offer some help or advice.

Of course it’s a good idea of child learning through computers. It’s pretty good if children are offered laptop. To make children successful in life, they need proper instructions. If we give them a chance of making them aware of all the situation which may be raised in future providing them the relevant tools and materials.

I’m overwhelmed and impressed by the students and teachers I’ve met this week.
And … challenged to look at learning in a new way.
The challenge isn’t only to help teachers use the XO machines with their students … but also how to help teachers see their roles in the classroom in a different light.
A clear message this week has been to stay student-focused and student-centered.
That may be a bigger challenge for some teachers than seeing how to best use the XO.
Both go hand in hand.
I’d love to continue the discussion and to help in any way that I can.

In this wonderful week, I haven’t seen XO machine at all.
I saw people around OLPC being curious, admire, happy and shine on the light that we found ahead.
I saw a beautiful relationship from everybody here.
I saw a lot of dedicated people and I believe that we can make big change for the students, teachers, parents and communities. It is a big inspiration for me.
Glad to be here and thanks everybody.
